I make robots work — not just in the lab, but at scale, in production, every day.

I am a Staff Robotics Engineer at Nimble.ai, where I own the control systems and performance optimization for autonomous warehouse robots. My work focuses on solving the mobility and manipulation challenges that enable robots to reliably pick, pack, and move items in real-world fulfillment environments. When the difference between a demo and a product is 10 million picks without someone babysitting, that is the kind of reliability problem I spend my days on.

Before Nimble, I completed my MS in Robotics at Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Institute (GPA: 4.08/4.0), advised by Prof. Hartmut Geyer. My research focused on control policies for dynamic legged systems, including work on ATRIAS, a human-scale bipedal robot. I have published at ICRA, IROS, and IEEE Humanoids.

I am also the creator of TARS3D, a dual-mode locomotion robot inspired by the TARS character from Interstellar that can both walk and roll. I went to unreasonable lengths for my passion for robotics — TARS3D started with zero industry funding and earned a Mike Stilman Award finalist nomination at IEEE Humanoids 2025, competing against 80+ institutions from 20+ countries. Before that, I led India’s first gold medal win at RoboGames 2017.

My background spans mechanical design, circuits and power systems, optimal control, and software for complex robotic systems. I care about closing the gap between what robots can do in demos and what they can do in the real world — that is the hard part, and that is what I am good at.
